MY STORY
I’ve always felt drawn towards design, absorbing eagerly every course, article, video and trend I could find. In time, you start to realize that the things you dedicate even your free time to, those are the ones you should pursue.
I consider myself an early adopter and discover and try so many products and apps just for the fun to see how they impact the way I get things done. How you can tell that the app or web has been built with the user in mind, those where you can feel that they predict what I need when I need it. I’m also one of those people that finds a product with a seamless design and can’t shut up about it for days. I have so many screenshots of on boarding experiences, beautiful layouts and useful navigations that I’ve lost count. I’m just enthusiastic about the many ways technology and design make our lives easier and want to contribute to the party.
I really enjoy the whole process from discovering a problem to releasing a solution and measuring the results: running workshops and ideation sessions, talking to users, validating prototypes, exploring different UI ideas… I feel highly motivated, full of energy and ideas. In the end, it’s all about following your passion.

Using a proactive approach on product discovery is essential to empathize with users and to find opportunities to grow. With design thinking methodologies based on constant iteration and measuring, I create useful solutions always based on a user-centered approach.
Let’s start with: what problem or pain points are we trying to solve? What’s the goal and how will we know if we succeed? Once this is clear, we can set off to create high quality solutions.

LEARNINGS THAT GUIDE MY WORK
Make simple the complex         Â
Our job as designers is to transform complexity and ambiguity into simple, easy to use, engaging experiences.
Test early and often              Â
Testing and prototyping it’s invaluable to avoid building something that nobody uses or no user cares about. Instead, do the research, learn early and often, and be ready to iterate or pivot the solution according to the data.
Aesthetics and consistency matter
It’s not about making things just look pretty, but to make them work. However, first impressions do matter, and to create a seamless experience we need to take care of the details.
Clarity and hierarchy        Â
Help the user and facilitate decisions with visual hierarchy and clarity, both visually and in writing. Give feedback to the actions they take. Think about the different states of an interaction.
Know your users            Â
Never assume you know what the users want or how they will behave. Get data, and start your design process from there. Keep in mind the different contexts in which the product can be used.
Effectiveness and results    Â
It’s all about the outcomes, both for users and businesses.
